About this way to journal
Lower the effort it takes to begin
Sign in with Apple to arrive at Home. Setup cards let you choose your voice, color theme, and conversation style. Add a reminder and your name, or skip setup and start with one thought.
More than a folder of recordings
Finish your first conversation by saying you are done. Choose to keep it as your first entry or let it go. Your latest saved entry appears at the top of Home, with “Processing reflection” shown while a new entry is being written.
Choose how your journal responds
Use a conversational style when you want questions, an exploratory style when you want to go deeper, or a rubber-duck style when saying the problem aloud is enough.
